Finished Electrical Work of a Retail Space in Harbor Springs

I have completed the commercial retail unit I wrote about in an earlier post. This was one of the commercial spaces in Harbor Plaza where I take care of all of there electrical needs. As I wrote in the first pMaster Electrical contractorost I was able to use residential grade wiring because it would be completely concealed behind  drywall as you can see by the first picture.  Where ever the wires come through the drywall they get sleeved in a flexible metal conduit to meet the requirements of the code. This method dramatically reduces the cost to the customer.

The picture below is the finished product minus the carpeting of course. As I’ve written before it’s always nice when I can do my job before the flooring  goes down. Clean up isn’t as critical and the wear and tear on brand new flooring is non existent.

I just found out that a resale shop will be moving into the space, and as you can see the high efficiency fluorescent lighting really does a good job brightening things up. The space worked out perfect for them, nothing needed to be added or changed.
