Wiring an exercise room – Glen Drive, Harbor Springs, MI

Exercise Room WiringTomorrow morning it looks like I’ll be heading to a client’s residence on Glen Dr. in Harbor Springs to meet with the mechanical contractor that I’ve sub-contracted to help with the job. They’re changing the upstairs of their garage into an exercise room. I’ve already completed the “rough in” stage of the job. I’ve put in all the wiring for the plugs, switches, can lights, and a ceiling fan. They also wanted a split unit air conditioner that also doubles as a heat pump in the winter time.

I’ll help the mechanical contractor set the condenser outside. While he’s hooking up the refrigerant lines, I’ll be hooking up the electrical end. Also even though it’s still in the “rough in” stage we’ll set the indoor fan unit and make those connections as well. That way we can test the unit to make sure everything works before the interior gets covered up.

Once the wainscoting and paint go on I’ll be there installing the finishing touches on another beautiful vacation home in Northern Michigan.
