Finishing Touches on a Remodel on Harvey St. Petoskey Mi

Today I was actually at two jobs. In the morning I managed to fish in some TV jacks and outlets for a nice lady on Waukazoo St. in and then  I went out to my good friend Matt Webster’s house at 729 Harvey St. in Petoskey. I wrote about this house in an earlier post. Matt who owns Root’s and Reverence construction LLC has done a total make over on the place. He’s working on punch list items now ( the little details that come up at the end of a project ). That’s why I was there, to hang Kitchen RemodelPetoskey Mi light fixtures in rooms that had just been painted and install a few miscellaneous trims to finish out the project.

I’ve included a couple of pictures of the house. On the right you see the kitchen. Notice the hanging light fixture over the bar. When Matt first showed me the house there was an old chimney there! The roof around the chimney was leaking badly which had ruined the ceiling. It’s amazing how things can change in the hands of the right person.

On the left is the electrical panel. It’s the only part of the house I didn’t change out. I just ran all new circuits into it. Also it’s hard to see but to the right of the panel is the cover and on the cover is one of the panel schedules I have been using. I have a template on my computer which has my logo and phone number. It makes labeling a panel a snap, very neat professional and quick.
