Electrical Contractor is Ready for Electrical Inspection

I am continuing yesterday’s post (Wiring the Perfect Apartment/Workshop)

As the electrical contractor, I am now ready for the rough inspection on the building.

Top picture is “before”. The electrical panel box is in place with wiring run to it. The bottom picture is the finished product – wiring connected to circuit breakers and electrical panel door in place. Hopefully you get a sense of the before and after electrical work from these pictures.

Electrical Service Douglas LakeNotice the smaller box to the right of the main panel. That is for the electric baseboard heaters that I am installing throughout the building. That box houses a Transformer and relay for the apartment living room heat. I can use this device to control a large amount of power with a small wire and thermostat.

For the rest of the rooms I’m installing line voltage thermostats because the power requirements permit me to due so.
