Office Building Wiring & Lighting Upgrade – Petoskey Michigan
I’m just putting the finishing touches on a job I’m doing for Jeff Grantham of Grantham building and remodeling. It’s an office space for EPS Security (Engineered protection systems). They install alarm systems in homes and businesses. I’m installing new lighting fixtures throughout the space. They’ve chosen to go with the new Avante parabolic fluorescent fixtures from Lithonia Lighting. As you can see from the picture they’re very attractive. Plus they give more light output as the old track light that was there originally with half the energy usage.
I’m also adding circuitry for a small kitchenette, a flat panel TV and outlets for their security components. I should have the job completed next week. All I have left to do is install four more fixtures and a special recessed receptacle box for the flat panel TV. I really think they’ll be pleased with the finished product.
